Champion Accountants’ Chester office is celebrating providing expert accountancy and business advisory support for more than 55 years to fellow local firm, Rigby Jewellers.
Established in 1889, the jewellers has been trading for four family generations and from the same location on Frodsham Street in Chester since 1919, relocating shortly after the First World War. The family-firm appointed Champion Accountants in 1961 and the practice continues to represent the business to this day.
Over the years, Champion Accountants have provided Rigby Jewellers with a range of services. John Rigby, third generation business owner at Rigby Jewellers, said: “We have been working with Champion Accountants for a very long time and, of course, nothing stands still. This team have helped us continue with the flow and ensure that our business is always up-to-date.
“Champion are extremely helpful and if we have ever have a query, they always do their best to explain it to us in a way that is easy to understand.”
The accountancy group, which also has offices in Manchester, Preston and Blackpool has impressive client retention rates and is celebrating decades of partnerships with clients, some of which span several generations.
