As a trainee, you’ll work together with the Champion team on live jobs for clients from your very first week with us, making sure you are a key part of what we do from the moment you start. You’ll be given responsibility early on in your role and the opportunity to shadow our senior team members as you progress with our company.

We’re passionate about professional development, so you’ll receive formal training through the AAT and ACCA programmes, on the job coaching with your team and manager, and will also be involved in workshop sessions with other trainees from across the Champion Group.

Though you’ll undertake a full-time job with us alongside your studies – which we’re more than happy to fund – we’ll ensure you’re given the time required to successfully achieve your qualifications. Plus, you’ll be assigned a mentor who helps with your development and integration throughout your time as a trainee.
