Audit & Accounts Semi Senior – Chester Practice

We have an exciting new opportunity in our Chester practice.

Champion’s wide range of clients means that our team benefit from working with an interesting mix of industries and types of business. Your work will be critical in supporting the timely
completion of client accounts and you will benefit from the support of a friendly, expert team.

The successful applicant would have at least 2 years working within general practice with good all round experience in Accounts Preparation for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
You will have a good working knowledge of various accounting programmes ideally having experience with Sage, Xero, and CCH Central. You will also assist with Audit field work under the
guidance and support of an audit manager.

We would welcome applications for this role from an AAT studier who may be looking to develop onto the ACCA standards with a generous study support package whilst developing through a
more varied and interesting client base.

Alongside your keen interest in accounting, to succeed in this role you must also have the ability to communicate well at all levels, be computer literate and demonstrate good team working,
motivation and organising skills.

Applicants should live within close proximity to the Chester office and be able to drive with transport.
