Champion Contractors, a specialist provider of payroll and accountancy support services to flexible workers, has opened a new office in Falkirk, Scotland.
The new base led by director, Jim McMeekin, comprises a team of five professional staff and will enable Champion Contractors to deliver better customer service that adds real value to its growing portfolio of contractors.
The company, which supports umbrella workers and limited company contractors, continues to operate from its Manchester base and head office, which links seamlessly to the Champion Group’s network of accounting and business advisory experts situated throughout the North West of England.
In addition to the new roles already created, Champion Contractors plans to recruit further in Falkirk this year, as the company looks to capitalise on the demand for flexible workers and the growing number of people choosing this career route.
Jim explains: “I’ve lived in Scotland all my life and regularly travelled back and forth to our Manchester base. Opening an office right here in Falkirk made perfect business sense to create a cohesive team ethos and vision for delivering excellent service to our contractors and our entire team has been handpicked on their ability to go the extra mile”.
